The FiCycle Ambassadors Program was created to help prepare a generation of young adult leaders in personal finance and mathematics. This position consists of a combination of high level training in the math of personal finance in order to serve as a liaison between FiCycle and high school students. The volunteer program requires a time commitment of a few hours per month and is very flexible based upon the needs of our ambassadors and schools. We are ideally looking for recent college graduates and/or those who are interested in joining in our mission. No previous background in math, finance, or education is required for this role!

Help us spread the powerful content of the FiCycle Mathematics course, impacting countless students along the way.

The Program:

  • Attend financial mathematics training sessions with FiCycle staff to become equipped with financial math concepts
  • Share FiCycle with high schools in your network
  • Enjoy a new network of young professionals passionate about financial and mathematics education

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential FiCycle partner schools regarding their interest in a FiCycle curriculum program for students
  • Attend educational sessions related to personal finance, savings, and investing to become familiar with basic financial literacy topics
  • Participate in quarterly meetings to discuss latest goals and initiatives of the program
  • Join a community of like-minded peers who are college students or recent grads who are passionate about financial literacy

Additional Activities:

  • Potentially be matched with a student mentee in an existing FiCycle partner school through an ambassador mentorship program
  • Discuss your academic / career / personal interests and goals with other FiCycle ambassadors and students
  • Attend other FiCycle social and volunteer events!
